I really appreciated the flexibility and fast replies to my questions. Charles accommodated our change of date twice without fuss! Additionally, when we asked to remove the cheese & crackers from the menu and adjust the total price, he has done that promptly. He also circulated the menus as PDF which is helpful to add into email invites. My manager mentioned the evening went very smoothly and the food was absolutely fantastic ! I would 100% knock on his door again for future events. I hired Jacob to put together an 8 person menu including canapés. He arrived a couple of hours ahead of the dinner and got to work. He put everything together with the minimum of fuss. Food was fantastic, presentation top-notch. He was a major part of a great night.
