We booked Charlotte’s Bespoke Catering for our rehearsal dinner at Ardington House for 16 guests in September. Charlotte was so helpful, suggesting a variety of options for the meal and we found one that suited all our guests. The food was delicious. The food was raved about by all our guests all evening and the next day! Especially the starter and canapés! The portion sizes were generous but not overwhelming, service of food awas fantastic, the whole experience was really great value for money. We found the kitchen cleaner than when we gave it to her! 10/10 recommend time and time again!

Chef Aida Khan has put a lot of thought into creating an authentic experience for her clients. My favourite is the lamb shoulder and palak paneer with sourdough naan.

À super experienced chef, Justin prepared a really original menu for us, with all dishes exquisite. He was flexible when it came to designing the menu, gave us a really interesting talk on foraging in the UK country side and designing his very own perfect knife. Last but not least he was punctual and left the kitchen in immaculate conditions. Another great recommendation from HOMEtainment!

It was a real pleasure to have Jacob cook for us for a birthday dinner for 8. The food was diviine and he was really charming. He easily made himself at home in the ktichen and got on with things with ease and no fuss. He left the kitchen spick and span. We would be delighted to have him cook for us at any occasion. We had Chef Chad to do the food at my wife’s Mexican themed get together as the initial restrictions ended. We did it sharing/buffet style to suit the informal nature of the event. The booking was super easy and Chad got back to me immediately to discuss the menu and what I was looking for. All sorted out very quickly. Chad was an absolute delight to have in the kitchen and the food….WOW…..our guests could not of been happier. My personal favourite was the Beef Barbacoa a slow cooked brisket cooked in beef stock, ancho, pasilla, jalapeño, salsa verde, adobo, onions and garlic. The Chicken cooked with tequila and baked black beans were also getting rave reviews but in truth it was all delicious. It was made all the more interesting as Chad gathered the group together to explain every dish, not just the dish but how it was created. A special day. Thanks Chad!

Sensational food Fergus catered canapés and bowl food for 30 guests at home. The food was sensational - our guests can’t stop commenting on the quality of the cooking. His rendang and baked Alaska were my personal favourites. Fergus was both easy to communicate with and accommodating. His team were really lovely and took care of everything. Thank you Fergus!
