Fergus consistently put out some of the best food that we have ever eaten. He surprised us each night with a different cuisine. Honestly, is there anything this man cannot do? Our last night, Fergus put together a special tasting menu that we will remember for a lifetime. Aside from the Michelin level food, he is just an all around great person. Derrick ran the bar at our housewarming party. He was professional and courteous. The cocktails were great. Everyone enjoyed the drinks and were very complimentary of Derrick and his colleague. I would highly recommend having Derrick as your mixologist.

Due to a change in plans we made the booking 4 hours before our company event, and Hometainment's support team along with Mattia were exceptionally speedy and professional. Mattia took control of our bar, and immediately suggested cocktails and contributed well to the vibe of our party. Mattia's mixing style was sharp and impeccable, and he stayed on for an additional 30min to help serve drinks for our evening to go on. A huge thank you from us!
