She catered a small informal dinner party for me . It was a pleasure dealing with her - planning the menus and all of organisation was easy and she immediately understood what I wanted for the event . A delicious Spanish-themed feast for 17 people! What a talent! Charles designed, prepared and delivered a wonderful menu for us for my daughter's birthday. He was able to accommodate dietary requirements with ease (which was amazing for me). On top of producing a really delicious meal he was quick to reply to messages, send menu ideas and keep me updated on the evening. He also (equally important to me) kept the kitchen clean and tidy! Charles is incredibly easy to deal with and I would recommend him without hesitation.
