Absolutely mind-blowing. The vegan food was sophisticated, full of flavour and original. Everyone was so impress with the quality and the taste of what the chef prepared for us. Chef Mickael was extremely professional, came with his fresh products and tools, and created the most perfect dinner. Service was impeccable, the chef was very discreet, he was friendly and keen to explain when we asked him what he was preparing. Adam did a great job for us.....he was very easy to communicate with prior to the dinner, punctual on the evening and then produced a delicious dinner which everyone raved about....and then left the kitchen looking spick and span....perfect!
It was lovely to have Sarah cook in our kitchen. She is professional and super friendly. We had a special challenge for her with a coeliac, a lactose intolerant as well as a guest with allergies - Sarah was flexible and inventive in exploring ways to make sure everyone had a wonderful meal and welcomed the extra challenge. The food was simply beautiful!
The food was fabulous and Charles was amazing. We opted for a 5-course taster menu for my 40th Birthday. It was a bespoke menu Charles created after we discussed food preferences. I could not recommend him enough!!!
