Will the HOMEtainer bring everything they need? Yes, your HOMEtainer will bring everything they need for your wellbeing experience. You will need to provide the space and sometimes items like towels, but the expert will always let you know in advance.
Do you offer beauty wellness treatments at home? Yes, we have some amazing beauty experts who will come to your home to carry out your treatments. Choose from hair cuts and styling, pedicures and grazing boards or even a Reiki, Tea and Face Mask experience.
Are your wellbeing experiences suitable for all ages? Our wellbeing experiences are aimed at adults, however, some may be suitable for those 16+. We recommend speaking to the HOMEtainer directly or the HOMETAINMENT team to see if it is suitable for a younger guest.
Are these wellbeing experiences suitable for the workplace? Yes, many of our wellbeing experts can also carry out their experience in the office, creating some really amazing wellbeing experiences for your employees.
How long does each experience last? Every experience varies in length, with breathwork and yoga sessions lasting upwards of 45 mins and masterclasses a couple of hours. When you click through on an individual experience you will be able to see the estimated session time.
What types of wellbeing experiences are there? Our wellbeing experiences cover aspects of wellbeing, including the mental, physical and spiritual.
Is there a minimum send for wellbeing experiences? Yes, the majority of our events will involve a minimum spend, which typically starts at £250.
How much does a wellbeing experience cost? All of our wellbeing experiences vary in price depending on which one you choose. Some may also vary depending on how many people are attending or for how many hours you wish the experience to last.
What sort of event are wellbeing experiences suitable for? There are no rules for when to host a wellbeing experience. Whether it’s a birthday party, a weekend get-together, a hen-do or Mother’s Day, a wellbeing experience can be just what you need for some well-deserved R&R.
Are wellbeing events only suitable for parties or big events? Not at all! A wellbeing experience is suitable for a whole range of events and gatherings. Whether you have a group of friends who are interested in a Group Tarot Card Reading, an afternoon of Flower Arranging for the green-fingered among you, or simply want an expert to help you detox your wardrobe, we have a wellbeing event for you.
Do I need to provide anything for my private chef experience? Every HOMEtainer will advise you on what you need to provide for the experience. Most of the time it will of course be the kitchen space, as well as any serveware and cutlery.
Do your private chefs cater for allergies and dietary requirements? Yes, the majority of our chefs will be able to adapt their menus to cater for those with any allergies or dietary requirements. We recommend speaking to the HOMEtainer directly to ensure they can meet these requirements before booking. We also offer many vegan and vegetarian experiences!
Do you offer breakfast and brunch experiences? Yes, if you’re looking to host a breakfast or brunch then we have some great private chefs for the job. From brunch to grazing boards there is something for everyone.
Is there a minimum spend for a private chef? Yes, the majority of our private chef experiences will require a minimum spend for the experience, starting at around £300.
What cuisines can I choose from? We have private chef experiences that cover a whole host of cuisines. Choose from Chinese, Italian, Scottish, Persian, Spanish, South American and much more.
How much does a private chef cost? The cost of a private chef will depend on the experience you choose as well as the number of people they’ll be cooking for.
Will the private chef clean up afterwards? Yes, your private chef will do all the cleaning away and washing up, so that you don’t have to lift a finger. You can sit back and enjoy the moment with your guests. The only thing you will need to do is set the table, as your private chef does not do this as part of the booking.

Do you have any unique music experiences to impress my guests? Our immersive musician experiences are bound to make your event a night to remember and impress your guests. Choose from Surprise Singers who act as undercover guests or westend dancers in your very HOME. Trust us when we say you won’t have experienced anything like this before!
Do you offer live singers? Yes, we have a selection of talented live singers ready to sing at your event. Covering a range of genres and musical tastes, they will be sure to impress your guests and leave them wanting more.
What type of music can I have at my event? We have a wide selection of musicians on our books meaning we have nearly every genre covered! Whether you’re after some background acoustic, a string quartet or a harpist, we have the experience for you.
How long does a musician’s performance last? Every experience is different and depends on the performer. Some of our experiences last for 30 minutes, whereas others are for a couple of hours.
How much does a musician's performance cost? The cost of every musician varies depending on the experience you choose, however, we have a selection of experiences to suit a variety of budgets.
How experienced are your musicians? Each and every one of our musicians are hand-picked by the HOMETAINMENT team. We can therefore vouch for their talent and stage presence for delivering an expert performance. Many of the musicians in our books have performed on stages around the world and for well-known artists.
Do you offer experiences that don’t involve alcohol? Of course, we have so many office experiences that don’t involve drinking. From wellbeing activities to arts and crafts workshops, there are plenty of experiences for the workplace that are alcohol-free.

We have a whole host of corporate wellbeing experiences that will get everyone involved. How far in advance do I need to book your office experiences? We recommend booking your office experience as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment, especially for Christmas and summer parties. However, many of our experts need little lead time ahead of the booking meaning you will be sure to find something if you left it a little late.
Is there a minimum spend on office experiences? Yes, the majority of our office experiences have a minimum spend which can be found on each experience’s dedicated page.
Do you have unique entertainment for an office party? Yes, we have a selection of unique and creative entertainers perfect for throwing the ultimate office party. From a Great Gatsby Themed Band to magicians, a five piece Cuban Band to an In Office Nerf Battle Challenge, we really do have something for every type of office party.
Does our office need to provide anything? Your HOMEtainer will provide all they need for the experience, most of the time you will just need to provide the office space! For food and drink experiences, you may want to provide the alcohol, glassware and servewear, depending on your budget.
What types of wellbeing masterclasses do you have? We have a range of wellbeing experts on our books who provide amazing wellbeing masterclasses in your HOME or at your office. From goat yoga and art meditation sessions to a homemade reset tonics masterclass, we cover all aspects of wellbeing.
Are any of these experiences suitable for the office? Yes, many of our experiences are suitable for at HOME and the office. Whether it is a wellbeing masterclass or wine tasting, your work team is sure to have a great time, as much as your friends at HOME.
How far in advance do I need to book my HOMEtainer? We recommend booking your HOMEtainer as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. However, many of our experts need little lead time ahead of booking if you have left it until the last minute!
How much does an entertainer or masterclass cost? The cost of our entertainers or masterclasses will depend on the experience. Each one varies in price depending on the type you choose as well as the number of guests. The overall cost will be priced per guest or for the overall group.
What entertainers would be good for a party? We have some amazing HOMEtainers ready to entertain your guests and make your party one to remember. For larger gatherings how about a magician or circus act to wow your guests or a photographer to capture the memories? If it’s a smaller affair, a whisky tasting experience could go down a burlesque performance a treat or for a touch of glamour.
What types of masterclasses do you have? We have a whole range of experts offering masterclasses across multiple disciplines. From food and drinks to floristry and calligraphy, we even offer a masterclass in home organisation and wardrobe detoxing!
Is there a maximum number of people allowed for these experiences? Every experience is different and therefore the minimum and maximum number of people for each one varies. Some experiences are for more intimate settings and therefore may not be suitable for more than ten people, whereas others can be carried out on a larger scale. We recommend speaking to the HOMETAINMENT team or the HOMEtainer directly if your guests are outside the experience's stated requirements.
Do I need to prepare anything for the HOMEtainer? For the majority of our children’s entertainment experiences, the HOMEtainer will provide everything they’ll need, all you’ll need to provide is the space! However, if they do need you to provide anything it will be listed on the specific experience page and you can also contact the HOMEtainer directly to double-check.
What types of children’s entertainment experiences do you have? We have so many different types of children’s entertainment, there is bound to be something to suit your occasion. We have several HOMEtainers offering arts and crafts experience, character performances, magic shows, face painting, science and educational experiences as well as children’s games and activities.
How long do your children’s entertainment experiences last? Typically, our children’s entertainment experiences will last a couple of hours. You can check on the experience’s page to see how long the experience will last, as they do vary depending on which one you choose.
Do you have children’s entertainment experiences that are educational? We have a variety of experiences for children that are educational and also fun! We’ve partnered with children’s entertainment specialists Sharky & George, who have curated bespoke experiences only available on HOMETAINMENT. Your little ones will be blissfully unaware that they’re learning or developing some incredible life skills whilst taking part in one of our children’s entertainment experiences. Some have a set price that caters for a certain number of children, whereas others will have a minimum spend in place. How experienced are your bartenders and mixologists? All of our HOMEtainers are experts in their field and are handpicked by the HOMETAINMENT team. Many of our bartenders and mixologists have worked in the world wide most prestigious restaurants, bars and hotels so you can guarantee the very best experience for your event and guests.
How much does it cost to hire a bartender or mixologist? We have a selection of expert bartenders and mixologists on our books at a range of price points. Prices will vary depending on the experience you book and the number of people attending. Most experiences will have a minimum spend for every booking, which starts at around £150.
What’s the difference between a bartender and a mixologist? The main difference between a bartender and a mixologist is that a bartender will typically pour and serve drinks that a customer orders such as wine, beer and other mixed drinks, whereas a mixologist will focus on creating cocktails, specifically new and unique ones, sometimes even bespoke to the customer.
Will the HOMEtainer provide glasses? For an additional cost, your HOMEtainer can provide the glasses and glassware needed for your event. This can be added to your booking within the ‘Add-Ons’ section along with other additions such as Ice and Transport outside of London.
Can I choose which drinks my bartender or mixologist will serve? Yes, your private bartender or mixologist can create up to three different cocktails for your event. They are experts in their craft so will be able to make some great suggestions, as well as create your favourite drinks. When making a booking, you can choose whether you want a ‘Bartender Service Only’ which means you will need to provide the ingredients, or a ‘Bartender & Ingredients’ option, both of which are based on a set price per hour, per guest.
Is there a minimal number of people bartenders & mixologists can cater for? Depending on the private bartender or mixologist experience you choose, there may be a minimal number of people that you will need to book for or a minimal amount that you need to spend. On each experience’s page, you will be able to see the minimum spend requirements before you make your booking. You can also contact the HOMEtainer directly to clarify their minimal requirements, but we recommend 1 bartender for every 30 guests.
