Jacob was a pleasure to have cooking at our party. Even after he diagnosed our new oven as faulty and not able to get up to high enough temperature he remained totally calm and collected. We had to commandeer two neighbours ovens and he spend the prep and cooking running between three houses! Food was delicious, high quality and we would definitely use him again and recommend to our friends ans family.

I hired Jacob to put together an 8 person menu including canapés. He arrived a couple of hours ahead of the dinner and got to work. He put everything together with the minimum of fuss. Food was fantastic, presentation top-notch. He was a major part of a great night.

Jacob did a great job and made us feel important from the first communication, which some other chefs hadn't when we were speaking with them. He was responsive and gave good ideas and suggestions when we spoke, allowing us to make the decisions quickly. He was also flexible when numbers etc changed nearer to the event, Helping find a server for the day meant we had a lunch that felt extra special and everyone loved the food - with generous portions and good quality food. The lobster risotto was an amazing start to the meal and really set the scene for what followed. The kitchen was left clean and tidy and the day was a joy.

Jacob was a brilliant chef for my dinner party last week. All of the communication up until the event was smooth and transparent - there were plenty of options provided for the menu and Jacob was able to accommodate all my requests with ease. Jacob served up cananpes for 30 for a drinks party. The canapes were truly delicious and he was professional friendly and fun (he is dog friendly too). He arrived 1.5hr before the guests having already prepared the food. He finished it off, plated up and cleared up before leaving. Everyone thought the food was amazing. Jacob was quick to respond to questions, incredibly helpful and was a delight to work with and have in the house. Would highly recommend and would definitely book him again.
